Nasal
Surgery (Rhinoplasty and Septoplasty)
Changing the nasal shape and improving a patients
ability to breath through the nose is an operation with great reward.
The functional part of this procedure is often times a covered insurance
benefit and while rhinoplasty or the “nose job”, is not covered
it is frequently combined with functional procedures which can lessen
the overall cost. Dr. Kelly’s expertise in nasal procedures heightens
the improvement seen in a patient’s appearance and his or her ability
to breathe through the nose.
Revision
Nasal Surgery
Dr. Kelly’s training and experience in nasal surgery is called
into play even more so for the patient who had their primary nasal procedure
with another surgeon who did not obtain results consistent with their
goals. Their goal may be one of appearance or of breathing function. Revision
nasal surgery is at least twice as difficult as a primary procedure with
the adage of “getting it done right the first time” being
very important.
The
Face LIft
A face lift removes excess facial skin, tightens the face and resupports
the jaw line resulting in a more youthful appearance. Our technique creates
a natural youthful appearance withu creating an operated or plastic look.
Eyelid
Lift (Blepharoplasty)
An upper eyelid lift removes droopy eyelid skin and fat, frequently improving
vision and creating a more awake appearance to the eyes. The lower eyelid
lift removes the "bags" and excess skin creating a refreshed
look.
Chin
and Cheek Augmentation
Facial harmony can frequently be created by improving cheek and/or chin
projection by simply inserting a small implant. The procedure is relatively
simple yet with dramatic aesthetic results.
Forehead
and Eyebrow Lifts
Newest techniques to rejuvenate the upper face include the Endoscopic
Forehead left. This technique makes use of 5-6 small incisions hidden
in the hairline to elevate the brows in a natural "non-surprised
look" fashion.
Ear
Pinback (Otoplasty)
Bringing the ears closer to the head to reduce their apparent size is
a popular procedure for those with prominent ears. It can be performed
from the age of 6 into adulthood.
Liposuction
The removal of a finite layer of under skin fat provides the younger patient
with a means to improve contour of the face in particular the area under
the chin via a simple and safe procedure. Younger patients are the best
candidates because of the requirement for contracture or shrinkage of
overlying skin ultimately required for contour improvement.
